  • Academic performance is monitored, and grades are important.
  • No intimate relationships are allowed on the property.
  • Fines ranging from R500 to R2000 will be applied for violations.
  • No sleepovers are allowed; fines will be implemented for violations.
  • Surprise inspections will be conducted to maintain property quality.
  • Gate codes/RFID tags must not be shared; if lost, replacements must be purchased.
  • Cameras are installed with student consent.
