Failure to update this information or provide accurate details may result in payment delays or penalties, as governed by the Rental Housing Act, 1999 (Act No. 50 of 1999).
Agreement Terms:

Completing this form does not automatically guarantee the approval of your lease application. The final decision is subject to verification of your submitted information and other eligibility criteria.
By submitting this form, you agree to adhere to the terms of the student lease agreement, including rental payments, duration of the lease, and other applicable terms outlined under South Africa’s Rental Housing Act, 1999 and related legislation.
Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services after such modifications implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Legal Liability:

The landlord, rental agent, or management company is not liable for any errors in information submitted by the tenant. Any disputes related to inaccuracies or misrepresentations in the provided data will be the tenant’s responsibility.
Any disputes or issues arising from this agreement will be handled in accordance with South African contract law and the Rental Housing Act.
Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, specifically the Rental Housing Act, 1999, and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
